Planning and Customer Care Manager

About your role

• Your main mission will be coordinating all the logistics activities aligned with the production needs, ensuring a close collaboration with the sales teams and our customers.
• You will evaluate and update the production capacity together with the Production team and Production Manager.
• You will be a key player in defining forecasts in relation to markets, customer satisfaction, and the development of our business in new markets.
• You will optimize the demand and the real-time level of stocks, including components such as finished or semi-finished products.
• Finalize accurate forecasts for managing inventory levels, aligning supply chain plans, anticipating demand, and planning orders.
• You will manage a team composed of technicians and operators to cover all the supply chain activities of our site.
• The definition of transportation, monitoring incoterms, and supervision of customer operations will be part of your role.
• Manage the Planning team, Procurement team, and warehouse team based on the current organization.
• You will develop in an international environment and will interact with employees of the Business Unit or the group as well as with numerous international customers and suppliers.

About you

• You have solid experience in similar roles.
• You have worked in a multinational context and organization.
• Experience in managing production planning teams or supply chain teams is a requirement to be successful in the role.
• You are fluent in English and French.
