About the Role
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team as a Performance Buyer. You will be a part of a team that is driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization with a special focus on Procurement.
This is a truly international role as you’ll be in touch with OCD teams of all countries in our footprint as well as external partners. This role will be responsible for mastering, coordinating and monitoring financial performance with a specific focus on rebates and rewards value for cybersecurity products and services with specific partners, ensuring alignment with business, operations, and finance with industry standards.
Procurement is a recent global function at Orange Cyberdefense, involved in various initiatives to support business, enhance the company's financial performance, and secure legal exposure and overall compliance. The department intends to focus on significant international players to improve and secure profitable growth with them.
Key Responsibilities & Missions:
- Develop global procurement relationships and performance program understanding with cyber partners.
- Monitor and coordinate the financial performance of Orange Cyberdefense entities.
- Create relationships and mobilization within OCD entities and with partners to increase collaboration.
- Follow-up and secure on a weekly basis eligible scope for rebates to be declared.
- Ensure rebates are regularly monitored, optimized, and captured.
- Contribute to Gross Margin improvement.
- Challenge partners to evolve their Partnership program towards a more profitable and business-wise approach for Orange Cyberdefense countries.
- Participate in regular Business reviews with major vendors to contribute to and address operational and financial dimensions.
The role has a direct report to the OCD Procurement Director within the OCD Finance Division.

Qualifications:
- Ability to deep dive into and master complex commercial and rebates programs.
- High analytical skills.
- Strong project capabilities within tight timelines.
- Proficient in English is a must.
- Experience in B2B sales and project management at an international level is a plus.
- Effective communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a diverse and cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Global professional experience of 7 to 10 years with a minimum of 5 years in procurement or sales and B2B sales activities, ideally in the IT sector or cyber security area.
- 5-year degree in business administration or management.
- First experience (2 to 3 years) in procurement.
- Rigorous and robust task planning and monitoring.
- Experience in B2B sales would be appreciated.
- Skills and/or experience in supplier management.
- Robust capability in IT tools and analysis as well as anticipation capability.
- Capability to interact in an international and complex environment.
- Experience in the IT or cyber security industry.
