This beautiful award-winning hotel is looking for an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The magnificent location offers beautiful views, live-in accommodation, and a fantastic culture with a great belief in staff welfare and wellbeing.

The busy kitchen team is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead the team in producing indulgent ranges of delicate desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. From large-scale conferences and events to inspired mini-desserts for the restaurant and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary, this vacancy represents a great opportunity to develop your career in the specialization of pastry.

Requirements for this Pastry Chef de Partie opportunity:

1. NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
2. Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork skills
3. Planning and time management
4. A flexible attitude
5. Experience in all relevant disciplines
6. NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)

The ideal candidate must be experienced in fresh produce, possess NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and have a hygiene certificate.
