Tasks

• Following up with various collaborators as necessary.
• Preparing estimates for clients.
• Validating maintenance history and warranties.
• Scheduling vehicle transportation to suppliers.
• Handling invoices and repair transactions for suppliers.
• Managing customer emails and phone calls.
• Attending necessary training to stay updated on services.
• Performing any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

• DVS in Technical Advising or one (1) year of experience in the field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Work experience in an office or a vehicle rental company.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical truck parts.
• Strong command of both spoken and written English, in order to communicate with English-speaking clients and suppliers 50% of the time.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset).
