ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Elfie, you will play a vital role in our recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing top 10% global talent across several verticals. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be accountable for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process for candidates and hiring managers. This position is critical in supporting Elfie's global expansion efforts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to create tailored recruitment strategies that align with our expansion goals across Southeast Asia and beyond.
  2. Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms for proactive candidate sourcing while building a diverse talent pipeline across various regions.
  3. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and progress updates.
  4. Identify areas for process enhancement within the recruitment lifecycle; lead initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  5. Cultivate candidate relationships before, during, and after hiring processes, building strong talent pools.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  1. Minimum of five years of experience in an in-house recruitment role with a focus on international hiring.
  2. Proven track record in direct sourcing across multiple countries, particularly within Europe, LATAM, or APAC.
  3. Influencer mindset - we are the expert. You should feel comfortable to push back and clearly set expectations to stakeholders.
  4. Native-level proficiency in written and oral English; additional languages are a plus.
  5. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in different time zones simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
