YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION
Reporting to the Head of Organization, Process and Data, in a team directly reporting to the CEO of AXA GO, your core missions will be:
Playing a key role in the process excellence squad:
- Supporting Process Improvement:
- Assisting in designing and implementing process improvement methodology and tools (including AI automation / data analysis / process mining techniques)
- Monitoring and analyzing key KPIs of GO processes with guidance
- Contributing to process improvement workshops and proposing solutions
- Participating in the community of process owners and experts across AXA
- Contributing to Process alignment and standardization:
- Providing ad hoc support to process owners and workshops on alignment and standardization
- Assisting in ensuring adherence to the standardization framework across AXA GO
Contributing to the reorganization process:
- Helping run the “Business As Usual” (BAU) reorganization process, controlling managers’ requests are in line with AXA GO Target Operating model, challenging their demands when necessary and supporting the implementation of BAU changes in AXA GO IT systems
- Securing the bi-annual “Window” reorganization:
- Supporting managers from all AXA GO divisions in the preparation of their reorganization requests
- Preparing key reorganization documents on a specific scope (social pack, implementation file)
- Helping structuring and delivering the communication to all GO Divisions (before, during and after the reorganization) and ExCom members
- Contributing to the Reorganization process reengineering:
- Performing ad hoc data analysis and deep dive to push for reorganizations within specific scopes
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the reorganization process, organizing feedback sessions at the end of each window
- Participating to the ongoing tooling of the reorganization process, making propositions in its design and how it could operate
Engaging in diverse and dynamic team activities:
- Ad hoc support to joint initiatives with GO Strategy or and GO Data
- Ad hoc support, depending on interest and workload, on the team internal life
- Participate to AXA GO internal talks to learn about IT and insurance building blocks and trending innovations

Training: engineering school, business school, BAC+4 or BAC+5
Target schools: Tier 1 engineering or business school. International experience (e.g. international exchange) is a plus
Specialization: Previous experience in consulting or working on HR, Organization, digital and/or IT related topics is a plus
