As an Operations Team member, you’ll be at the heart of our facility, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with excellence. From assisting customers and managing facility upkeep to coordinating games and supporting sales, playing with the guest, coaching, you’ll play a key role in creating an incredible experience for players and guests.

Your Key Responsibilities
Game & Event Coordination
- Assist in organizing and coordinating games, tournaments, and training sessions.
- Support coaches and trainers in setting up activities and engaging with players.
- Help foster a fun, competitive, and inclusive environment for all participants.
Customer Experience & Community Engagement
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, making them feel part of the PickleBali family.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless process for all visitors.
- Provide information about memberships, bookings, and facility services.
- Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Assist with court setup, equipment checks, and general maintenance.
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure all areas are well-supplied.
- Actively promote and sell merchandise, equipment, and registration packages.
- Assist customers in the store, ensuring a great shopping experience and smooth transactions.
- Track inventory levels and help restock items as needed.
- Capture and share live updates of events, games, and daily activities.
- Assist in managing social media engagement and responding to inquiries.
- Help prepare daily financial reports and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for sports—especially tennis, badminton, and pickleball.
- Reliability & responsibility—someone who shows up and delivers excellence every day.
- Customer-focused, providing warm, professional service to a diverse community.
- Experience in game coordination or assisting in sports events is a plus.
- Sales & retail skills—ability to promote, sell, and assist customers with purchases.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using digital booking platforms, sales systems, and social media tools.
- Bonus: Coaching experience is a huge plus!
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Must be available to start on February 29, 2024, with no exceptions.
