You will lead the department's employees by informing, orienting, guiding, coaching and training them. Here you will be responsible for :
You manage disciplinary issues within the department.
You will comply with Nippon Gases' procedures and regulations.
You will be responsible for drafting, improving and revising all applicable documents and training.
You will be responsible for the correct application of procedures for your department.
You will be responsible for safety by ensuring that no accidents or incidents occur.
You comply with laws and regulations.
You inform your line manager of any peculiarities.
You work with your colleagues and local management. In particular, you work closely with the maintenance manager.
You take part in on-call duty.
You organize the replacement of absent employees on an ad hoc basis.
You follow the training courses assigned to you and achieve the expected results.
Tasks related to Safety, Security, Environment and Quality :
You are responsible for disseminating and applying the HSE policy and its objectives.
You refuse work that is unsafe or cannot be carried out safely.
Remove unauthorized persons from the site.
Stop work that poses a danger to people, the environment or the surroundings.
You contribute to achieving the highest level of Safety, Security, Environment and Quality for Nippon Gases, its customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
You integrate Safety, Security, Environment and Quality aspects upstream in your projects.
You are operationally responsible for Safety.
