Operations Data Analyst

We are in search of a hands-on Operations Data Analyst to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the deployment and maintenance teams.

What will be your responsibilities

• Oversee the collection, storage, and organization of operational data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization;
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Create and automate detailed reports and dashboards to present insights to management, operations team and other stakeholders;
• Work closely with operations teams to understand their data needs and challenges, ensuring the right data is available for decision-making and process optimization;
• Use data insights to identify areas for operational improvements, streamline processes, and increase efficiency;
• Oversee the integration of data from different systems and tools, and work with IT teams to automate data processes where possible;

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field;
• 1-3 years of experience in a tech environment, startups, or similar fast-paced settings;
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL);
• Knowledge of data management principles, data warehousing, and data governance;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally;
• Experienced in using and building upon Low-code tools (Airtable, Bubble, Make, Zapier, etc.);
• Previous experience in software or tech industries, particularly in SaaS environments;
• Experience working in field operations or supply chain management is a plus;
