The Water, Environment, and Energy Transition Service Line is organizing to provide full support for the development of its activities worldwide.
The Service Line is structured with a team focused on technical, strategic, marketing, and commercial challenges. It is seeking its future Operational Marketing Director.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Line Director and a member of the Service Line Executive Committee, your main role will be to deploy and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and develop our offerings in both French and international markets. You will work across all the Service Line's activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Analyze target market trends and conduct competitor monitoring.
- Marketing Mix Development: Develop the marketing mix, including service positioning and pricing.
- Content and Communication: Create and customize communication content and materials for target markets and services.
- Marketing Action Plans: Define and monitor marketing action plans (KPIs: market penetration rates by target markets).
- CRM Reporting: Structure and coordinate commercial team reporting via CRM tools.
- Commercial Support: Potentially accompany commercial actors to key clients and partners.
- Customer Satisfaction: Implement customer satisfaction measurement tools and analyze the results.
The Operational Marketing Director is responsible for the success of marketing plans and the company's market position. She/He defines strategic development axes for new products and manages existing products (innovation and operational marketing), setting development priorities in collaboration with activity directors and commercial teams.
Main Missions:
- Competitive Analysis: Anticipate market evolutions through technology monitoring and customer needs listening.
- Market Analysis: Define market targets and understand private and industrial clients.
- Product Line Strategy: Develop a strategy and development policy for each product line.
- Offer Development: Write and format our offers.
- Communication Actions: Develop communication actions with relevant teams.
- Impact Measurement: Measure the impact of actions through CRM.
- Commercial Role: Potentially accompany teams to clients.
- Innovation Collaboration: Work closely with innovation teams to define needs and strategic axes.
- Matrix Collaboration: Work matrix-wise with all Group and activity stakeholders.
What do we need from you:
- Education: Master's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the field, ideally in engineering sectors in France and internationally.
- Skills: Curiosity about market evolution, commercial sense, negotiation skills, and continuous network engagement.
- Qualities: Leadership, autonomy, synthesis skills, communication techniques, commercial tools (CRM), and project management methods.
- Languages: Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
