You will be part of the Outpatient Pharmacy department and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote wellness and ensure quality pharmaceutical care to cancer patients.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and dispense medications using appropriate technique in accordance with department policies and guidelines.
Assure completeness and appropriateness of medication order before preparing and permitting the distribution or dispensing.
Provide medication-use education to patient and caregivers.
Check accuracy of the work of pharmacy technical and clerical personnel or others in accordance with institutional/departmental policies and procedures.
Assist senior management in supervising and scheduling work of subordinate staff in the pharmacy.
Ensure the continuity of pharmaceutical care to and from the acute and ambulatory patient care settings.
Provide concise, applicable, and timely responses to requests for drug information from health care providers and patients.
Ensure accurate charging and collection of fees at the pharmacies.
Perform drug ordering and maintain sufficient stock for patients' needs.
Participate in process for assessing, managing and reporting medication errors.
Participate in departmental performance improvement program.
Collect and prepare workload statistics and other reports as assigned by Senior Managers.
Perform any duties as assigned by Senior Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent
Registered with Pharmacy board of Indonesia
At least 2 years oncology experience
Strong oral and writing skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Proficient in speaking English and Bahasa
