Support the development & implementation of omnichannel 360 strategies that are transversal to the brand to sustain the product marketing plan and achieve the business & image objectives set for the Japan market. Act as an objective representative of and advisor for the Japan market in an intermediary role between central and the local market.
Missions
Help drive the sales growth of E-business channels (Dior.com / E-concession / E-retail) while elevating client experience and brand image
Ensure the optimal execution of central’s digital launch kit guidelines but negotiating local adaptations when appropriate
Supervise the creation of specific local animations (concept validation, asset development etc.)
Spearhead local initiatives to improve e-merchandizing and online services that are identified as best practices in the Japanese digital ecosystem to ensure client satisfaction in their online shopping experience
In a market that is at the forefront of client relation excellence, support the handling of efficient CRM activities to nurture and enlarge our client pool
In collaboration with central teams, validate owned client communication content (email newsletters, direct mailers, Dior Magazine, PCD journal, Line, Twitter etc.)
Oversee the continuous expansion and optimization of the Loyalty program including the appropriate level of investments in and right assortment of client gifting offers
Consolidate the event plan and coordinate the execution of mega events / pop up projects in collaboration with central/local marketing/VM teams
Make sure the event plans and allocations support the marketing calendar and business priorities, then that respective merchandizing guidelines are developed
Follow the VM and 360 planning of mega events & pop ups from start to finish keeping a close eye on the projects’ retro-plannings to ensure timely production: align the brief, counsel on central’s guidelines preparation, arbitrate back and forth between local/central, monitor local execution etc.
Help structure the global vision and strategy of the services portfolio to continuously accelerate and elevate the level of services at various touchpoints (Beauty classes, POS, cabins etc.)
Oversee the local implementation of new services & tools, as well as updates of existing ones
Assist the local market to provide all necessary material for the roll out of Beauty classes, masterclasses, and private client events
Participate in the different business analysis conducted or consolidated by the Regional Marketing team to be communicated to HQ to deepen their knowledge of the Japanese market and identify strategic growth levers: quarterly Beauty Research market deep dive, launch reports, competitive reviews etc.
Drive the subsidiary in the elaboration and deployment of media support plans to foster the awareness, desirability and credibility of product launches, categories, and the brand in general
Help boost PR efforts by assisting the local teams to prepare press conferences and interviews, local ambassador content creation and various collaborations, press releases, magazine tie-up content shoot, etc.
Traditional media still being a relevant and productive communication channel in Japan, liaise with local/central teams to deliver suitable material (OOH, TVC, print AD etc.)
In the ever evolving and locally specific Japanese digital environment where social buzz and WOM highly influence product successes, support the roll out of social media communication campaigns
Profil
2-3 working experience. Japanese digital platform savvy Strong analysis and communication skills Strong strategic thinking Transversal management / collaborative skills Graduated from Master Business School or equivalent. Japanese – English Fluent / Good level in French
