Follow current Sales and Marketing Management Plan, and revise and adjust the plan accordingly to implement a digital-first marketing strategy to boost brand awareness, generate leads, increase direct sales and engage customers.
Oversee performance marketing activities, including PPC, SEO, website development, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns.
Manage content creation across various platforms, ensuring high-quality storytelling that aligns with La Galigo’s branding.
Optimise marketing automation and CRM strategies for effective lead nurturing and conversion.
Analyse marketing data and sales funnel performance to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
Lead offline marketing initiatives, such as networking events, trade shows, and partnerships with travel agencies.
Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand ambassadors within the dive and travel industry.
Report to upper management on the department’s Marketing activities.
Oversee and lead the sales and reservations officer, ensuring clear and effective communication with guests and agents.
Implement lead qualification processes to enhance conversion rates from marketing efforts.
Drive a seamless customer journey from marketing engagement to sales conversion.
Report to upper management on the department’s Sales activities.
Industry Knowledge & Trend Monitoring:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations in the Liveaboard diving sector.
Identify emerging market opportunities and adjust marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain strong relationships with key players in the dive industry, including travel agencies, influencers, and brand partners.
Ensure La Galigo remains positioned as a premium Liveaboard in Indonesia.
Manage the marketing and sales P&L, ensuring budgets are effectively allocated for maximum return on investment.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality marketing and sales initiatives.
Prepare and present financial performance reports and KPIs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 2 years in sales
Industry experience in Liveaboard diving, dive travel, or adventure tourism is preferred but not essential
Strong expertise in paid digital advertising, SEO, CRM automation, and analytics tools
Proven experience in budget management and financial reporting
Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation, sales performance, and profitability
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Expert level written and spoken English skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Tertiary level education in Marketing, Communications or related field
