To support our growth and strengthen our strategic position, we are seeking our future International Sales Executive.

Main Responsibilities

As an experienced Senior Sales Executive, you will be the pillar of the Group's business development in international markets, working directly with the VP Sales. You will play a key role in accelerating our growth beyond French borders.

  1. Developing the International Strategy:

Contribute to defining and executing the commercial strategy for target regions (primarily Germany and the USA).

Identify the specifics of target markets and propose tailored approaches to maximize market penetration.

  1. Prospecting and Acquiring Clients:

Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients.

Manage complex and multilingual sales cycles (medium and/or long cycles).

Offer solutions tailored to client needs, highlighting the added value of Syfadis products and services.

  1. Partnerships and Networking:

Support local partner networks (mainly business introducers) to accelerate market penetration.

Identify strategic collaboration opportunities (integrators, complementary software publishers, etc.).

  1. Account Management and Customer Retention:

Build strong post-acquisition client relationships to retain and grow accounts.

Oversee client satisfaction in international markets.

  1. Market Monitoring and Reporting:

Actively monitor target markets (competition, trends, opportunities).

Report your activities in our CRM (HubSpot), providing regular updates to management on performance, opportunities, and necessary strategic adjustments.

Profile Sought

  1. Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales roles, ideally in the SaaS, digital training, or HR solutions sector.

Proven experience in the German and/or American markets.

Mastery of complex sales cycles with significant deal sizes.

Strong ability to negotiate and influence in multicultural environments.

  1. Languages:

Fluent German (strongly desired).

  1. Mobility:

Willingness for frequent international travel.

  1. Soft Skills:

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously.

Resilience and result-oriented approach.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Intercultural sensitivity and adaptability.
