The Occupational Therapist is a qualified employee who provides intermittent occupational therapy services in a patient’s place of residence. The clinician is responsible for developing and implementing an occupational therapy program for the treatment of the patient’s medical diagnosis(s) or for functional maintenance restoration affected by the patient’s illness or injury.
Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills:
Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the State of Missouri.
One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a clinical setting is preferred, but not required.
Ability to recognize, direct, and communicate information to the appropriate health care provider.
Current CPR card, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance.
