The role:

TONI&GUY are currently hiring for a creative, skilled Senior Colour Technician to join our team.

Working Pattern: Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

Salary: £20,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on hours and experience, with an average 30%-35% uncapped commission structure (Pay structures vary per Salon, please enquire upon application).

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience.
• Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates.
• Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.

In addition:

• Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.
• Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.

• Showcase your expertise in a wide range of hairdressing techniques, precise cuts, and styling.
• Bring artistic flair to life by understanding clients' preferences and transforming their hair into amazing styles. Having an eye for detail, a knack for aesthetics, and the ability to think creatively are important.
• Provide top-notch customer service and build long-lasting relationships. A true people person, with the ability to adapt communication styles to connect & build rapport with all individuals & personalities.
• Juggle a busy schedule like a pro, handling different client demands with ease. Being flexible to embrace changing trends, styles, and client requests while still nailing it on time.
