Your key missions

You will work with the Customer Portfolio teams. The Customer portfolio will hold all the products related to B2B and Customer Tech Products. The key impacted Business teams are the Sales and Commercial Functions.

Your role will seat under the Sales Execution product family, and you will lead a product squad, Next Best Action.

The position covers activities related to following and enabling the performance of our sales teams, from origination to deal closing.

With the Next Best Action Product Owner, you will be overseeing one of our Key Digital Programs, D-STAR. It provides a personalized customer experience and enables our sales teams to tailor their interactions with customers based on their preferences, behaviors, and historical data. This leads to a more personalized and relevant experience, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As the Next Best Action Business Analyst, you will work very closely with our Global business team and our Data Engineers and Scientists to maintain the product, contribute to build the most efficient roadmap and support the definition of requirements for the necessary evolutions.

You will be part of a product squad and setup strong relationships with, notably:

  • The Global Business team, in charge of defining the global strategy for all markets and the company.
  • The Data Scientists and Engineers Teams; as this product requires advanced analytics, the key expertise seat with these teams.
  • The Tech Proximity Teams, in charge of capturing and funnelling business needs from our markets.

The responsibilities encompass capturing Business/Tech stakeholders' needs and translating them into functional specifications to fuel a product backlog. Collecting insights to support decision-making is part of the role, aiding the Product Owner in defining, delivering, and monitoring product value.

  • Product Catalog Management: Participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items from my scope based on the approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog Manager.
  • Demand management & Backlog Management: Perform detailed analysis to ensure understanding of business needs and convert them into detailed functional & non-functional specifications. Convert business requirements into EPIC's, Features and User stories to fuel a product backlog. Secure maintenance of requirements throughout product lifecycle, translating product backlog into functional and non-functional requirements at each phase.
  • Product lifecycle management: Collaborate with development team to ensure proposed technical solutions for the Products are addressing business needs. Contribute to functional and non-functional testing, assist Product Owner in defining and monitoring product value. Build documentation on processes & results to ease understanding of stakeholders & decision-making on value. Support documentation creation for final users. Prepare roll-out plan in coordination with proximity teams.
  • Incident management: Contribute to L2/L3 support, identify & implement incident resolution.
