Job Title: Network Security Program Manager

Location: Remote from Europe

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Network Security Program Manager to lead and oversee our organization's network security initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing programs that ensure the security and integrity of our network infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects within the network security domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the execution of network security programs, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to implement network security solutions, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
3. Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation strategies to protect the organization’s network and data.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
5. Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging network security trends, threats, and technologies to guide strategy and innovation.
7. Coordinate incident response efforts and support the resolution of security breaches or vulnerabilities.
8. Manage program budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Extensive experience in network security and program management.
3. Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
4. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
5. Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
