Native French speaking Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal!

Cross Border Talents is looking for a native French speaker to work as a Content Moderator for a leading social media platform in Lisbon, Portugal!

The job

As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and compliant platform by carefully analyzing and moderating user-generated content. You will be tasked with reviewing various types of content, including text, images, videos, and audio, to verify adherence to our community guidelines. Working closely with a team of moderators, you will help maintain high standards of content quality and safety. In addition, you will play a vital role in monitoring comments and handling user appeals, ensuring that all interactions on the platform are respectful, appropriate, and aligned with our policies.

The activities

1. Screening User-Generated Content: Reviewing a wide variety of user-generated content (such as videos, images, text, and audio) to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
2. Content Review: Performing detailed assessments of content to confirm its alignment with established processes, policies, and safety standards.
3. Monitoring Comments and Appeals: Overseeing user comments and handling appeals, addressing concerns raised by the community to maintain a positive environment.
4. Collaborating with Team Members: Partnering with fellow moderators to deliver high-quality, effective content moderation services.
5. Supporting 24/7 Shift Rotation: Participating in a rotating shift schedule to provide continuous support and uphold platform integrity at all times.
