Working Student Real Estate Debt (m / f) Real-estate structured finance analyst

Position Summary & responsibilities:
The suitable candidate will play an important role in supporting the Debt Team’s pan-European loan origination efforts by analyzing and executing real estate mortgage loans, jointly with junior and senior members of the team, on both internal and external duties, from first discussions with clients down to signing and closing of the transactions. Namely:
- Analysis and understanding of pros and cons of the financing opportunities
- Cash-flow modelling
- Internal rating
- Definition of main financing conditions (leverage, repayment, security package, etc.)
- Set-up of internal approval documents for committee presentation (deal description, market analysis, KYC, cash-flow outputs & break-even analysis, etc.)
- Preparation of the financing offer (term-sheet)
- Due diligence process, including review of the legal documentation
Essential Candidate Requirements:
- Student in gap year (césure) or last year of a master degree in a business school/university, engineering/sciences school/university
- Strong quantitative and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in English and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented with good organizational skills
- First experience or strong interest in real estate or financing expected
- 2nd European language would be appreciated (e.g., German, Spanish or Italian) but not compulsory
