Job Description

You join the agency & solutions - acquisition strategic finance team, composed of 15 people, as a middle office financing manager. In this team, we work on the implementation and follow-up of complex LBO financing transactions originated by the ASF front office of the large client bank for the benefit of major French and international companies.

On a day-to-day basis, your tasks include:

1. Set up and manage a portfolio of complex LBO structured transactions;
2. Manage and supervise cross-functional projects and internal team projects;
3. Provide technical expertise to the front office during pre-closing and closing phases of operations;
4. Monitor transactions (add-ons, reprings, A&E, draws, waivers, endorsements, refunds, accessions etc.).

This position is based in Paris Tour Est with the ability to work remotely.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have experience in the field of Agency LBO or structured financing.

You are proficient:

• Structured financing operations;
• Office tools, including Excel;
• The analysis of legal documents related to a financing transaction.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

• Organized and rigorous;
• Proactive;
• Motivated by teamwork.

You master English with a C1 level.
