Mid / Senior Typescript Software engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior TypeScript Software Engineer to drive the development and maintenance of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js and be proficient in building scalable, high-performance applications. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver state-of-the-art solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Note: We are looking for people working from EU, preferably France, with working rights in EU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable TypeScript code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on TypeScript.
• Proven experience in Node.js and familiarity with React, Hono.js, and GraphQL.
• Solid experience in writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Excellent understanding of software design and architecture principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to document code thoroughly and adhere to established coding conventions and standards.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• French: Conversational level
• English: C2 level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced work environment.
• Notions about FHIR format are a substantial advantage.
