Microsoft Dynamics Finance Operations - Project Manager

We are recruiting a Project Manager Dynamics 365 F&O to strengthen our IT & Digital teams.

Your position and missions

As a member of the IT & Digital team, you will be at the heart of the Group's various development projects on an international scope: 3 Business Units (EMEA, AMERICAS & APAC), 3 R&D centers in France, United Kingdom & Germany, and 4 industrial sites in France & Germany.

In line with the IT strategy established by the CIO, your mission consists of:

Project Management:

1. Independently manage a portfolio of application projects in coordination with business process owners and other IT teams.
2. Lead and conduct framing analysis and design workshops.
3. Ensure project delivery within the planned schedule and budget.
4. Conduct functional and technical studies of projects in collaboration with business teams and key users.
5. Assist the business in defining needs and developing specifications.
6. Write and/or oversee the writing of all project documents (functional and technical specifications, development, etc.).
7. Lead project teams to coordinate workshops, deliverables, and adhere to the schedule.
8. Propose and lead the maintenance and optimization of the ERP lifecycle.
9. Build reporting related to your activity ensuring its coherence and governance.

Participate in the implementation of Finance and Operations by performing:

1. Definition of the acceptance strategy.

Functional and Technical Support:

1. Knowledge of the MS Dynamics Finance and Operations solution and lifecycle management.
2. Provide expertise in the Finance, Purchasing, and Sales functions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
3. Define the settings necessary for the implementation of requested features.
4. Ensure the coherence, integrity, and security of data related to entrusted applications.
5. Control the phases of acceptance testing, configuration, and production deployment.
6. Control quality by ensuring that the delivered product meets the expressed need.
7. Verify the coherence of the application and functional architecture and its evolution.
8. Advise on optimizing the use of existing tools and systems.

Project Documentation:

1. Guarantee the writing and maintenance of technical documentation.
2. Document operational requirements by detailing the actions requested from the solution and the expected results.
3. Support users daily in their usage and incident resolution.
4. Contribute to technological monitoring in areas such as IoT, Automation (RPA), and Copilot.
5. Organize training during the different project phases to familiarize end-users with the various functions of Dynamics.

Your profile

With a Master's degree (engineering school or university), you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions.

You have significant experience in the following areas:

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
2. Practice of supply chain and finance modules (WMS, TMS, procurement, etc.).
3. Experience in integration and deployment projects.
4. Ability to challenge business requests.
5. Ability to translate needs into functionalities to be implemented by the technical team.
6. Analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
7. Strong listening and adaptability skills.
8. Good oral and written communication.
9. Ability to conduct technological monitoring.
10. Good level of English (written and spoken).
