Matrix Requirements is a leading SaaS provider helping medical device companies streamline compliance, ensure complete traceability, and accelerate their certification process. Our solution is used by top medtech companies worldwide to simplify regulatory documentation and bring products to market faster.

To support our growing customer base, we are looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to join our team.

Your Role

As an Account Manager , you will take ownership of customer relationships after the initial sale. Your goal is to ensure a seamless onboarding, drive product adoption, and maximize customer lifetime value. You will serve as the primary business contact for our customers, ensuring their long-term success with Matrix Requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Adoption : Support customers during the onboarding process, working closely with our Matrix Experts to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and they gain maximum value from our solution.
  • Retention & Renewals : Monitor customer engagement, proactively identify risks of churn, and ensure contract renewals.
  • Upselling & Expansion : Identify and drive opportunities for additional licenses, upgrades, and complementary solutions based on customer needs.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Matrix Experts teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Medical Device company in product / engineering / regulatory affairs position
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into solutions .
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success and expansion.
