Your Missions : As a Growth Outbound Intern, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts, driving impactful strategies to fuel our growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop Data-Driven Growth Strategies

  1. Analyze existing data to identify patterns in successful campaigns and high-potential leads.
  2. Detect relevant intent signals from the data to target the right prospects.
  3. Design innovative and impactful outreach strategies based on insights.

Leverage Cutting-Edge Tools to Execute Strategies

  1. Data is the backbone of outbound success. You will have access to top-tier enrichment tools and the freedom to build your own tech stack tailored to extracting high-value data points.
  2. Stay up to date with the latest outbound tools and best practices.
  3. Identify new data sources to enhance lead intelligence.
  4. Optimize data enrichment processes to automate CRM updates efficiently.

Craft High-Impact Campaigns Using Marketing & Psychology Principles

  1. Structure multichannel outreach sequences integrating email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  2. Develop compelling copywriting for initial outreach and follow-ups to spark curiosity and engagement.
  3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging based on real prospect feedback.

Test, Analyze, Learn, and Optimize Continuously

  1. Agility and data-driven decision-making are at the core of our approach. Testing is not just encouraged; it's essential.
  2. Set up measurable experiments to validate hypotheses.
  3. Analyze results, extract actionable insights, and iterate for better outcomes.
  4. Build clear reporting dashboards to track performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

Contribute to Broader Expansion Strategies Across Business Units

  1. Help refine our marketing automation system to nurture and advance leads through the funnel.
  2. Define CRM automations to re-engage dormant leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
  3. Support SDR activities by enhancing CRM data quality and automation.
  4. Play a key role in launching operations in new countries, tackling unique challenges along the way.
