ABOUT THE ROLE
As Marketing Manager FR/UK, you will be responsible for building and delivering the marketing strategy for France and the UK, ensuring strong alignment with product, sales and customer success (You will be managing 1 FTE working on the UK market, and 1 apprentice to assist you on the FR market).
You will report directly to the Global Marketing Director and collaborate closely with other local Marketing Managers to align strategies across markets as well as global marketing teams (Content, PMM, Acquisition, Ops) to help you deliver your strategy and get results.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role that requires strong content sensibility, the ability to craft impactful marketing initiatives, and a mindset focused on performance and ROI.
MISSIONS
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for FR & UK, ensuring alignment with PlayPlay’s global objectives.
- Own content creation and localization (in partnership with the Global Content team)—produce, adapt, and manage high-impact marketing content (blog, case studies, social media, etc.) via internal and external resources.
- Drive demand generation campaigns (in partnership with the Global Acquisition team) across multiple channels (ABM, digital ads, email marketing, field events, webinars).
- Plan and execute field marketing initiatives—trade shows, partner events, and PlayPlay’s own events.
- Manage media partnerships (sponsored content, newsletters, industry collaborations) to strengthen brand positioning.
- Support sales enablement by providing tailored assets and insights to optimize lead conversion.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, tracking KPIs and ensuring maximum ROI.
- Manage local marketing resources and budget in full autonomy (1 FTE + 1 apprentice + freelancers).
YOUR SKILLS
- >3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong background in content. Experience in demand generation and field marketing is a plus.
- Fluent in French & English (both written and spoken).
- Strong content expertise—able to create, refine, and manage high-quality marketing content.
- Data-driven mindset—ability to track performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent project management & organizational skills—comfortable handling multiple initiatives at once.
- Strong collaboration skills—able to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and global marketing teams.
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, event platforms).
