Scent & Care creates and sells fragrances, cosmetic ingredients, aroma molecules and mint aromas. Manufacturers use it to produce perfumes, personal care and cosmetic products, cleaning products and detergents, home fragrances and oral care products.

Your role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to support the EAME Body Wash & Deodorant Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will manage client and internal projects, co-design marketing and olfactive analysis and tools, as well as product positioning strategies according to specific client and market needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Manager will participate in the category strategy and trend forecasting to ensure the company's competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Co-design and conduct market analysis & consumer trends.
• Understand the olfactive dimension in accordance with customer brands (map & gap analysis) and develop branded solutions.
• Deliver strategic presentations / tools to customers on their portfolios and the beauty market.
• Monitor industry trends to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with evaluation teams to align olfactive analysis / conclusion with customers and market needs.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams - regional and global.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Management / coaching of an apprentice.

About you

Qualifications & Skills :

• Degree in International Marketing
• Experience of 3-5 years in marketing within the fragrance, beauty care, luxury industry.
• Strong project management and communication / presentation skills.
• Expertise in market analysis and trend forecasting.
• Creativity and passion for the fragrance, beauty care industry.
• Curious and think out of the box mindset.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Fluent English mandatory, French / German would be an advantage.
