Miraculous Corp. is looking for a Marketing Creative Director.

This position is based in Paris.

Miraculous Corp is seeking a visionary Marketing Creative Director to lead our internal design team and drive innovative, brand-defining marketing campaigns. This senior role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. This role reports into the SVP, Marketing & Franchise located in Los Angeles. You’ll be at the heart of shaping how Miraculous connects with our global audience through compelling storytelling, breakthrough creative strategies, and an engaging fan-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership & Strategy

  1. Lead the development and execution of bold, innovative marketing campaigns, including trailers, digital ads, playable ads, live-action videos, and brand-defining creative.
  2. Collaborate closely with the studio’s Creative Director and CCO to align marketing strategies with the core creative vision and series lore.
  3. Guide internal creatives and external partners to craft campaigns that push creative boundaries and stand out in a crowded marketplace.
  4. Partner with the global brand team to ensure alignment on design, voice, and tone across all creative.
  5. Create bespoke creative strategies with a strong POV and vision, providing clear direction to internal and external partners.

Production & Execution

  1. Drive the creative marketing production process from ideation to execution, balancing brand goals, audience insights, and cross-functional priorities.
  2. Oversee creative execution for all global events, ensuring high-quality assets that capture the brand’s essence.

Team Management & Collaboration

  1. Lead a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and self-sufficiency.
  2. Promote the growth and development of in-house creative talent through design reviews, coaching, and mentorship opportunities.
  3. Scope projects and forecast resource needs, ensuring efficiency and alignment with key stakeholders.
  4. Proactively solve problems, navigate ambiguity, and escalate issues when necessary.

Communication & Relationship Building

  1. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and articulating complex creative challenges clearly.
  2. Lead ideation sessions and design reviews, ensuring all creative output aligns with strategic objectives.
  3. Create and maintain marketing guides for all new shows, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
