SCOR P&C's marketing team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to contribute to the success of its international multi-channel marketing initiatives and to ensure that information is properly disseminated internally.

SCOR P&C's marketing team is looking for a Marketing coordinator to contribute to the success of its international multi-channel marketing initiatives and to ensure that information is properly disseminated internally.
Comprising 6 people based in Paris and New York, the team is responsible for planning and executing the marketing plan, in line with the global business strategy. It provides support to SCOR P&C's management and to the sales and product development teams, ensuring that the overall messages are consistent, that the actions are relevant to the targets, and that they are properly executed.
The Marketing Coordinator is instrumental in the roll out of the marketing plan. Through the use of digital solutions, you help the business teams reach their target clients and ensure SCOR's voice is heard. You propose ideas and you are not afraid to implement solutions that can improve the team's efficiency.
Reporting to the global Head of Marketing of SCOR P&C, the position is based in our Paris headquarter.

Key duties and responsibilities

Marketing Automation:

  • You work with the Digital and Product marketing officer to improve the customer journey through marketing automation, particularly during email campaigns (invitations to events, content marketing, corporate announcements) and through various digital channels.
  • You produce HTML invitations and direct marketing actions in coordination with the teams in the various markets and monitor the campaigns.
  • You process data, in coordination with the CRM manager and IT support, in order to maintain a quality database (processing bounced emails, monitoring data quality dashboards, searching for and updating customer data, etc.).

Content Marketing:

  • You help produce expert content using standard DTP tools on an ad hoc basis.

Service Marketing:

  • You develop the new digital platform for SCOR client trainings (360 Learning) and implement the new SCOR Campus process for 2025 and beyond with IT.
  • You provide operational and logistical support for online and offline events according to needs.
  • You develop online trainings with the Marketing Specialist in charge of the Campus program and with the business teams.
  • You help to qualify the data collected and analyze the results.

Sales tools and external promotion of the teams:

  • You work with the business teams to update marketing materials (brochures, website, etc.) in English and French, using your rigor and creativity to ensure overall consistency.
  • You support the sales teams in their use of social networks to increase the effectiveness of their messages (creation of visuals, dissemination of best practices, etc.). You implement systematic process to produce those and equip the teams each time they need (events, new joiners, etc.)

Internal communications:

  • You work with the Digital and Product marketing officer to improve our internal communication channels and increase adoption, notably by taking charge of the development of an internal newsletter to celebrate achievements, foster information sharing and create links among the teams globally.
  • You propose efficient processes and tools to foster information sharing around major market event (Monte Carlo, Baden-Baden, etc.).

Required experience & competencies

You are very rigorous and inquisitive, and enjoy researching, proposing and implementing new solutions.

You have good interpersonal skills, a strong team spirit and you adhere to the SCOR values: consideration for others, integrity, courage, open-mindedness and collaboration.

You have a very good command of written and spoken English and French.

You are very comfortable with the digital world and IT tools; you know how to use the Office Suite on a daily basis. A good knowledge of PC graphics (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop or other) and experience of video editing would be appreciated.

Knowledge of a CRM tool and a marketing automation tool is a plus.
