Manager Méthode d'Installation Off-Shore - Offshore Installation Method Manag H / F

Context: IT's a gas project, 100% offshore, on a team about 25 persons, for a starting job in July.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of Method Engineering team and operation team.
2. Global interface between methods and operations.
3. Define Installation philosophy and operation methodologies and sequence in direct liaison with the Offshore Operation Manager of the project, considering the project scope of work.
4. Define list of deliverables and the schedule of preparation/submission based on the project schedule.
5. Responsible for methodologies issuance as per listing of deliverables and schedule, in compliance with safety requirements.
6. Management of the installation engineering team and preparation time frame to be in compliance with the allocated budget price.
7. Coordination with Engineering team for IA design and methods verification.
8. Coordination with procurement team for IA listing and order follow-up.

Main Knowledge:

1. General technical knowledge of offshore/marine works.
2. In-depth knowledge and understanding of physical phenomena related to work at sea.
3. Understanding of equipment used for offshore work.
4. Knowledge of offshore work procedures.
5. Knowledge of safety rules.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
7. MS Project competency.
8. AutoCAD.
9. Orcaflex use.
10. Methods drilling/piling/heavy lift.

We are looking for an Offshore Installation Methods Manager with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Qualifications:

1. Career in maritime, Oil & Gas.
2. Experience on offshore sites.
3. Experience in installation and construction methods (Mooring, pipeline, FPSO subsea installation).
4. English required.
5. Occasional travel.
