The successful candidate will be an integral part of the practice responsible for creating and delivering creative solutions for MNP clients. What You’ll Do

  • Work with management to assess, design and implement sustainable workforce and customer IAM solutions, operating processes and people models to address key and evolving risks in the fields of identity governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Access Management.
  • Work on implementation and advisory projects centered around leading IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint and more.
  • Implement and manage data protection solutions to ensure the security and privacy of sensitive information.
  • Utilize Microsoft Purview to classify, label, and protect data across the organization.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate data protection risks.
  • Support responses to Request-for-Proposals (RFPs) released by clients looking to improve their organization’s enterprise and/or customer IAM or Data Protection capabilities.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, plan engagement objectives, mitigate risks inherent in the engagement, promote teamwork and individual accountability with engagement team members, and use available technology, tools, and MNP assets to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
What You’ll Bring
  • At least 5 years of experience working in cyber security, including developing, implementing, architecting solutions, and working on solutions that fall under one of the IAM domains (IGA / PAM / AM / CIAM) and Data Protection.
  • Previous experience in collaborating on consulting projects focused on IAM solutions and Data protection for clients, including actively contributing to the implementation and delivery of these solutions.
  • Previous working experience specifically within consulting or advisory type work is a plus.
  • Provided expert advice and guidance to clients on IAM strategies, policies, and procedures that align with their business objectives and security requirements.
  • Previous experience with at least one/two of the following IAM vendors suites: SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, BeyondTrust, Microsoft Entra.
  • Extensive knowledge of Data protection, including Microsoft Purview, DLP, Azure Keyvault, and encryptions.
  • Strong working knowledge with security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access management space (Logical Access Controls, LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions like SSO and MFA, PKI concepts, etc.).
  • Demonstrated a strong capability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Demonstrated capabilities to foster collaboration and assist in guiding teams of skilled professionals.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, as well as being a self-starter.
  • Enthusiastic to learn about emerging fields within IAM and technology more broadly such as Digital Identity, Zero Trust and GenAI.
  • Relevant Microsoft professional certifications related to IAM technologies and Purview products are a plus.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
