Role Description & Responsibilities

Managing 3DS enterprise solution delivery lifecycles, project planning and control, including: budget, schedule, customer satisfaction, ensuring successful value delivery.

Responsibilities include:

1. Securing all required sign-offs.
2. Keeping all parties informed of plans, progress, and issues.
3. Managing the implementation of enterprise solutions throughout an entire project lifecycle.
4. Developing well-constrained, accurate estimates and proposals maximizing customer value realization.
5. Managing and reporting risks, issues, and opportunities.
6. Empowering teams for creative solutions for issues and risks.
7. Ensuring customer value realization.
8. Executing waterfall projects with industry best practices.
9. Applying Scrum methodology to Agile projects.

Qualifications

Overall: 15-20 years of work experience with the last 5-8 years as Project Manager / Program Manager.

Must have experience in executing 3-4 large implementations of enterprise applications like PLM / CAD / CAM / ERP / CRM.

Must have PM certification (preferably PMP).

Experience in executing projects in Agile Development model.

Experienced in CxO level communication & driving steering committees and exec reviews.

Bachelor’s Degree and technical experience.

Willingness and ability to travel to customer facilities 50% to 75% of the time.

7+ years of experience in customer-facing project management.

5+ years of software project management experience.

Exhibits polished, professional communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

Possesses strong, collaborative leadership capabilities with the demonstrated ability to lead teams of consultants and software engineers.

Possesses formal project management training and certifications such as PMP, Agile Certified Scrum Master, SAFe certifications and/or other similar certifications.
