CIRCONTROL is a trailblazer in smart charging solutions for electric vehicles and innovative parking solutions. To support our rapid growth in the electric mobility sector, we are seeking a dynamic Field Service Technician to join our French division.

Your Mission will be...

Your primary goal will be to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance remotely and on-site following the guidelines set by HQ, ensuring that the products sold or installed at the client's premises operate correctly.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting remote diagnostics and on-site interventions.
• Providing remote and on-site support during customer service activations.
• Processing standard exchanges and sending spare parts on relevant matters.
• Supporting our internal processes, documentation, and manufacturer software.
• Monitoring ongoing or completed actions (dedicated tracking software an CRM), sending and returning spare parts (RMA).
• Generating reports and raising alerts to management as needed.

Requirements : Profile and Skills :

• Technical background in Electrical, Electronic studies.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the field of e-mobility would be ideal (Training in IRVE P1, P2, P3, and MA1 would be highly appreciated).
• Native French speaker (proficient in English or Spanish would be a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM, and reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on temperament with the ability to take initiative independently and a strong client focus.
• Willingness to travel within France (driver's license required) and occasionally to the headquarters in Barcelona.

Location : Velizy-Villacoublay, with partial remote work possible.
