Logistics Director – Mobile Machinery

Our client, specialized in the mobile machinery sector, is a key player in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of high-performance and innovative equipment. As part of its growth, we are looking for a Logistics Director to optimize its supply chain and distribution operations.

Main Responsibilities

As a Logistics Director, you will be responsible for all logistics and supply chain operations, including:

• Developing and implementing logistics strategies to ensure efficient management of goods and inventory flows.
• Overseeing and optimizing procurement, storage, and distribution processes.
• Coordinating internal logistics teams and external partners (carriers, suppliers, logistics providers).
• Establishing performance indicators to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Managing continuous improvement projects and process automation.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
• Actively participating in the company’s strategic decisions.

Desired Profile

• Degree in logistics, supply chain, or engineering.
• At least 8years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the mobile machinery, industrial, or specialized equipment sector.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in IT tools and logistics management software (ERP, WMS, TMS).
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on cost optimization.
• Fluent French required + professional proficiency in English is preferred.
