Minimum Requirements

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Tasks

1. Compile orders and instructions received from customers
2. Organize tasks to accomplish the work
3. Oversee operational logistics of the organization
4. Track and complete work orders
5. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
6. Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
7. Prepare and submit reports
8. Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
9. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
10. Co-ordinate, assign and review work
11. Keep track of shipments
12. Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
13. Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
14. Organize and maintain inventory
