The Local Business Roll Out Manager plays a critical role in bridging the Leap ERP transformation project team with Pernod Ricard's global affiliates to prepare for and execute the ERP system rollout. This position requires a strategic approach to ensuring readiness, alignment, and seamless transition across all affiliates, managing the complexities of deploying the new ERP system within diverse operational landscapes.
You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:

Master’s degree in engineering or business school
At least 15 years of experience in the consumer goods industry
Ideally experience across the group, on managing large projects
SAP Savvy is a nice to have, proficiency in ERP systems and process management
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluent English, French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
