Showcase your skills by providing daily preparation requirements while working together with the culinary team to ensure quality and constancy of food items. Line Cook II is responsible for reading and interpreting recipes, conducting inventory and adhering to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures.

What you’ll do:

The Nitty Gritty

• Previous cooking experience required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
• Must possess knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customer’s needs in a timely manner.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a workday.
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s).
