GENERAL DESCRIPTION

EDPR, as an international group specialized in renewable energies, is looking for a Senior Legal Associate in charge of public law aspects in relation to project development and operations matters within the France & Belgium BU.
You will be a real business partner for the BU members on these aspects and a coordinator with head office functions, in terms of development, regulatory risk assessment, legal monitoring, and anticipation of project development needs.

PROFILE
1. ACADEMIC LEVEL
Master 2 in public law or in energy law. French Bar qualification.
2. REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Required experience in renewables / administrative law and in a law firm (legal advisor with experience of litigations). At least 5 years of practice.
3. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
• Environmental law
• Energy law
• Litigation (administrative and civil procedure)
• Urbanism and town planning
4. LANGUAGES
• French native
• English full proficiency
• Spanish or Portuguese or another EDP group language is a plus
5. SOFT SKILLS
• Hands on / proactive approach
