Legal Counsel

We are working with a commodity trading firm in London that is hiring a legal counsel to support its energy trading department.

The company is looking for a lawyer who is experienced with drafting & negotiating EFET and ISDA master agreements, as well as pipeline agreements and storage agreements. You will be the legal contact point for the credit, commercial, and origination teams, and you will work closely with the compliance team on regulatory issues.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years’ legal experience in an energy trading environment and excellent communication skills.
