Legal Assistant

An exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant has arisen with a world-leading technology company, based in Kraków.

This is a great opportunity for a Legal Assistant to be the resident in-house expert on Polish law, where responsibilities will include:

1. Drafting templates for various business functions
2. Supporting software and IP licensing
3. Assisting global accounts
4. Providing multi-language document translation

You will commit to a hybrid working model, required onsite at least 3 days a week.

Experience of the Legal Assistant will include:

• Legal or paralegal degree in Polish/EU universities
• 5+ years’ experience with licensing, contract, presales and support legal document management
• Experience with contracts such as NDAs and negotiations of these contracts
• Experience with Microsoft, Adobe, contract management and electronic signature platforms and tools
• Fluent English language (Polish would be beneficial)
