About the Project: Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of Global Quality and Medicine? This thrilling opportunity focuses on Learning Excellence with a focus on Global Quality and Medicine Priorities.

You will be at the forefront of developing innovative and captivating learning programs tailored to the Global Quality, Biopharmaceuticals, and Medicine therapeutic areas. By leveraging the expertise of subject matter experts (SMEs) and functional trainers, you'll create engaging content and activities that not only enhance the learning experience but also contribute to improved patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of Learning Concepts and Storyboards:

1. Collaborate with SMEs and functional experts to gather insights and requirements.
2. Organise dynamic sessions to develop captivating learning activities.
3. Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with US market and therapeutic areas.

Define Learning Programs & Assessments:

1. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify specific learning needs.
2. Set clear and measurable training objectives for each learning module.
3. Design detailed learning journeys incorporating modern design principles and adult learning theories.
4. Develop various assessment tools, including quizzes, simulations, and case studies.
5. Implement strategies to evaluate learning effectiveness and knowledge retention.

Lead Project Management:

1. Analyse feedback from learners and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
2. Propose effective learning solutions aligned with project objectives.
3. Engage with suppliers to develop and deliver learning materials according to company standards.

Innovative Learning Solutions:

1. Explore and apply cutting-edge learning systems and tools.
2. Utilise external or "off-the-shelf" training materials to enhance the learning strategy.
3. Meet customer needs with focused learning solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in learning and development, particularly in Global Quality and Medicine.
2. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
