The OPEX (Operational Excellence) team, within the TIP organization, is looking for a new People Development Apprentice. The OPEX department is a transversal team supporting all Saint-Gobain businesses to grow autonomously and sustain their performances, create value and enhance customer satisfaction.

The intern will collaborate closely with Operational Excellence team members and Saint-Gobain University (SGU) to ensure smooth training operations and contribute to the development of engaging and innovative learning content.

As part of the Operational Excellence (OPEX) team, the People Development Apprentice will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our training initiatives. This position is dedicated to training administration (Cornerstone platform) and training development (e-learning solutions, Articulate 360, and digital learning platforms).

Your missions:

Training Administration:

  • Manage training sessions in Cornerstone (scheduling, participant tracking, reporting).
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide reports on training activities.
  • Support the coordination of global training programs.

Training Development:

  • Design and develop digital training modules using Articulate 360 and other e-learning tools.
  • Assist in creating engaging learning materials and interactive content.
  • Explore new digital learning trends to enhance our training offer.
  • Support initiatives to improve accessibility, interactivity, and effectiveness of training.

Is this job for you?

Level of experience:

  • At least Bac+3 in Training & Education, preferably Bac+4 or Bac+5.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Articulate 360 and e-learning content creation.
  • Familiarity with training platforms (Cornerstone or similar LMS).
  • Strong digital skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design principles is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral); ability to speak French is appreciated.

  • Autonomous & Proactive: Able to take initiative and work independently.
  • Curious & Innovative: Always looking for new ways to improve training content.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong sense of service and attention to user needs.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to collaborate with different teams, including OPEX and Saint-Gobain University.
