YOUR ROLE:

This is a fixed-term contract to join ASAP for 10 months.

By joining the My Learning department, you will become part of a team of passionate employees who are reinventing themselves around an ambitious goal for the Group.

As a Learner Experience Project Manager, you will be part of the Learner eXperience Factory team, whose mission is to develop a collaborative, engaging and interactive learning environment that promotes the upskilling and continuous development of employees.

You will be the conductor between the business experts of the Academies (shipping, logistics, group functions), Tangram Learning, and the team of e-learning developers to create impactful and effective educational content for the Group's employees. Based in Marseille, you will mainly collaborate with teams in India and around the world.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Design high-level educational solutions and experiences using a variety of innovative methods.
2. Manage e-learning projects and digital programs from design to implementation.
3. Collaborate with business experts from the Academies to develop appropriate and coherent educational content that respects the visual identity.
4. Assess training needs and relevance, propose an impactful format, an appropriate structure and pedagogical scripting.
5. Ensure follow-up and plan the various stages (workload, planning organization, KPIs).
6. Manage the production of e-learning on business subjects with the various stakeholders in France and abroad.
7. Select and manage external service providers for learning projects.
8. Plan weekly communication activities on My Learning.
9. Continuously improve and optimize the digital experience of the learner by proposing corrective actions.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Professional with a Master's degree in Multimedia Educational Engineering or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in the design and management of international educational projects.

• Management of multicultural projects (planning, deadlines, deliverables).
• Fluency in French and English, excellent writing skills for teaching materials.
• Interpersonal skills, listening, team spirit, consultation.
• Creativity, versatility, attention to detail, ability to simplify complex content.
• Interest in innovative teaching tools (videos, AI learning).
• Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate, Storyline, Canva, Powtoon) and DTP software (Illustrator, Premiere Rush).
