Lead Product Manager - CDI

We are building a corporate seminar organization platform where users can independently book a venue, catering, a team-building activity, and transportation. This solution does not currently exist in our industry, and the intellectual appeal of this mission lies in simplifying highly complex processes.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Product Manager to join our product team and drive the development of our innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Defining and driving the product vision in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
2. Identifying user needs and translating them into clear and actionable features.
3. Collaborating with design, tech, and business teams to ensure efficient execution.
4. Managing the product backlog, prioritizing developments, and ensuring a coherent roadmap.
5. Monitoring KPIs and adjusting the product strategy based on results and customer feedback.
6. Mentoring and upskilling Product Managers within the team.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with significant leadership experience.
2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
3. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, design, marketing, sales).
4. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
5. Proficiency in product management tools.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills (EN+FR).
7. Technical mindset: strong interest in technical topics related to product architecture, low-code/no-code solutions, and knowledge of generative AI and its applications.
8. Proof-based communication: ability to showcase personal, academic, or professional projects.

Interview Process
