Contribute to our development: Seb Professional innovates and develops digital services for its Schaerer, WMF and Curtis professional coffee machines. Our teams based in Ecully (FR), Geislingen an der Steige (DE) and Zuchwil (CH) work together to build IoT services, with end-to-end management with R&D teams (Products - Services) to secure the complete offering.

Our customers (catering professionals, distributors, roasters) can thus supervise and control their coffee machines remotely to maximize their value in use (turnover, margins, uptime) thanks to our IoT Digital Platform. Thanks to our premium brands, Schaerer, WMF & Curtis, and the performance of our IoT Digital Platform, we are currently leaders on the Professional Coffee business in the different regions.

We are an IT team of 30 passionate people within the Professional Coffee Digital Platform, with high seniority and experiences in their respective roles: architects, developers, Proxy PO, QA, Monitoring & ticketing.

As Technical Lead Frontend, you will:

  1. Coordinate, animate and follow the activities of the developers by assigning the work according to the skills and know-how of each developer.
  2. BE the technical referent on Frontend developments. In collaboration with the frontend and data teams, choose solutions to meet customer needs, estimate development costs and contribute to product planning.
  3. Enhance development teams' skills, implement best practices, define development rules including quality standards.
  4. Analyze and challenge the work carried out by the developers (validation of the technical architecture, unit tests, etc.).
  5. Ensure the permanent upgrade of our cloud platform (components EoL management, framework version, security compliance, etc.).
  6. Support the design and realization of complex functionalities.
  7. Contribute to DEVOPS, Cloud, Agile approaches.
  8. Advance our expertise, explore technological innovations on the market in order to integrate the most relevant ones into our cloud IoT Platform in collaboration with architects.

Share your skills:

  • Solid experience in Front Web development with Vue.js (or React), strong API knowledge, Typescript experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in managing a senior development team of around 3 people.
  • Comfortable with agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum, SaFe.
  • Ability to listen, to influence with multidisciplinary and international interlocutors.
  • Ability to work within an international team and in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in English is essential; fluency in French and/or German is a plus.
