Who are we looking for?
As a Customer Support Application Analyst in the Data Operations Excellence team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our business applications, specifically our R&D System, built on the Microsoft.Net platform. You will work closely with business partners and IT to support end-users in the use of our applications, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the performance of our applications.
