Within Evaneos, our expertise is split into two key teams:
Product & Growth Analytics Data Team: This team partners with the Product Acquisition and CRM teams to monitor platform performance, evaluate product experiments, and drive actionable insights. It is composed of 3 Data Analysts.
Business Analytics Team: This team collaborates with Evaneos operational teams to drive the overall strategy, focusing on both B2C and B2B audiences while ensuring performance tracking. It is composed of 3 Business Analysts.
We use Amplitude for product analytics. For marketing analytics, we rely on Google Analytics and Wizaly. Our data and BI stack includes BigQuery, Looker, Airflow, dbt, and Git.
Your role as Business Analytics Lead
We are looking for a Business Analytics Lead to lead our Business Analytics team. You'll report directly to Anne, our CSO, and play a key role in achieving our growth ambitions while shaping the future of travel at Evaneos.
Your role will be to manage a high-performing team of Business Analysts, empowering our different business teams with accurate data, insightful dashboards, key KPIs, and in-depth business analysis.
More specifically, this role will involve:
Collaborate across Data & Engineering Teams
Work closely with Product & Growth Data leadership to align insights and performance tracking, ensuring seamless integration of product and commercial data. Work with Data Engineers to structure, scale, and optimize data collection pipeline reliability and accessibility. Contribute to growing a data-driven culture at Evaneos. Animate our network of data champions, growing their autonomy and skills on Looker. Make sure decisions are backed by accurate analysis and data. Team up actively with Product & Growth Data Lead and Head of Data Tech to create cross-team synergies, collaboration, and best practices sharing. Be a sparring partner to team leads & CODIR members for & during key instances.
