Lead Business Architect with PEGA

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Lead Business Architect with PEGA position and participate in our up-and-coming project from the banking industry.

Requirements

• Min. 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in a Leader position
• Experience working with PEGA
• PEGA certification, such as Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA), Pega Certified Lead Business Architect (LBA)
• Experience integrating Pega with external systems, along with designing and managing data models and SQL databases
• Expertise in optimizing Pega applications for high performance, along with creating custom reports and dashboards to monitor business operations and drive data-driven decisions
• Great communication skills along with team management, decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent English skills both spoken and written
