As Lead Artist / Art Director of the R&D team, you will lead our creative endeavors, propose solutions to unusual requests, establish the pipelines, and ultimately ensure the quality of the art assets the team will deliver. Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a 2D artist/Art Lead in Game Development
• Excellent knowledge of 2D art, some 3D art and techniques, and related software
• Deep knowledge of artistic anatomy
• Advanced soft skills, ability to communicate your ideas and sell them to the team, management and clients
• Ability to develop a comprehensive and competitive art style for games and maintain it throughout the project
• Ability to keep an eye on the latest popular trends in Game Art
• Ukrainian language Advanced or higher
• Understanding of 3D modeling / texturing processes, techniques & related software
• Knowledge of 2D or 3D Animation, its processes and techniques
• Some experience as an Art Director or Lead Artist in Game Development
• You have shipped games from start to finish in the past

Responsibilities:

• Developing the art vision of projects, leading the creation of a visual style, design, and overall look & feel of games
• Communicating with clients to identify opportunities for improvement to ensure that the product is of the highest quality
• Leading the art production of internal & external teams, providing detailed feedback to artists
• Participating in the estimation process of new games
• Ensuring that final production art is up to expected standards of design and polish
