In this role, you’ll handle complex escalation issues and have the opportunity to work on exciting, innovative products.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Handle complex escalations and provide resolution for technical challenges.
2. Collaborate with the development team on cutting-edge projects and innovative products.
3. Provide high-level support for HPC systems and environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

1. 10+ years of experience in level 2 support, with specific experience in the HPC sector.
2. BAC+2 - BAC+5 educational background preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of High-Performance Computing technologies and environments.
